Our adventure, which started at 10m2 shop, continues at 3000m2 shop in Büyükçekmece and at 13.000m2 integrated manufacturing plant in Tekirdağ,Saray. Underwear, socks, beachwear, fabric and accessories are being produced at these plants with a high technology.

Arıcı Tekstil has become the biggest company of the textile sector with its 800 experienced employee by producing 10.000.000 pieces bra, 2.500.00 pieces slip, 1.000.000 pieces seamless,250.000 dozen socks and 238 ton beacwear products in a year at the 16.000m2 manufacturing plant.

PRODUCTION

TEXTILE
Our integrated factory has been active since 1999 in 30.000m2 field at 13.000m2 closed area by producing the products under NBB and LOYA trade marks with using the last technologic enraschel knit machines. Our Öko-tex standart 100 certificated fabrics put into production after testing under the European standarts.
CONFECTION
Bra,athlete,slip,body,short,corset and lingerie productions are being produced under NBB and LOYA trademarks at our factories in İstanbul, Büyükçekmece and Tekirdağ,Saray. The pre-process of bra and lingerie production are all being done in Saray. So, it helps us to control our production and carries our product quality to the top.
HOISERY
We started to produce 10.000 pair of hoisery with 26 pieces latest technology machines at our factory in Saray. Knitting and burun knitting,dying and all the process of hoisey production are being done under the same roof. The top quality yarn goes through the computer check and leaves our institution as being packed and ready products.

SEAMLESS
The seamless production started in 2002 with 18 knitting machines. 2000 pieces athlete, slip, body, short and corset are being produced at our factory in Saray by using all the latest technologic equipment..
TREATMENT
Arıcı Textile has become a leader in respect of the enviromental pollution. Biological and chemical treatments has been applied in our Saray factory since the day it constructed and shows the necessary respect to the nature and conserve the ecological balance of that area.
